Cinematic Contest: 2 minute 1v1 battle

Alright, here it is! the cinematic contest.

The goal of this contest is to make a short cinematic (<2min) where 2 units are fighting eachother. Everything it allowed, with only restrictions: shorter than 2 min and it has to be battle only.

A story is not needed as it is impossible to put this inside the 2 min boundary. It gives a big plus tho if your battle makes sense (like element versus another element, just an idea).

The deadline is in 4 weeks from now: May 10th 23:59 GMT time
Prizes: 1st place: 30 rep and a shiny medal.
(second and third place will maybe be given depending on the number of contestants.)

I will be the judge of this contest together with Anitarf, therefore we cannot win the contest. The main points we will give our attention out to are:
If a submission doesnt follow the rules the judges will give -points depending on how badly the rules were broken.

If anyone needs some weapon attachment models, chek out the stuff that was made for the modelling challenge, it's worth it.

damn, i hate battle cines... Why can't we make dramas ??

Cus drama's need length, and contests dont have length since it takes long to watch and it takes ages to make such a thing.

yes, suggested to use even.

dramas are the easiest kind of cinematic mate, it does not need special effect or anything, its just dialogues and cameras.
Battle cines u gotta make alot (for wc3). If in reality battle scenes are easier than drama.

Btw i wont complain anymore, since this contest will probaly not be changed.

I think I make something for this. Does it have to be indervidual work?

I'm not the best at making cinematics but it could be fun to try... if I can find the time to do it :(

but there can only be 1 winner, not 1 group. You can make a team, but I will need to know the leader, since he will get the prize (if the team wins).

To anyone without experience: dont worry, you can always try, if you put in enough energy the product will come out nice.

I suck with cins, but I could use some practice, I'll try to cobble together a wee little something.

I need to add cinematics to my map and I think this is a perfect oppertunity to learn how. I would be more interested in a funny cinematic contest considering the cinematics in my map are gonna be hilarious. But I think I can work in a few jokes in a battle scene.

Any note on the file size? I was also thinking some voice acting would be great!
