Im trying to remove the gun from the Rifelmen.blp file using Wc3 Image Extracter 2 and photoshop, then add a .mdx file as animation in place of the removed gun. Any idea's? |

Just modify the texture , add alpha for the gun.... |

okay.. im kinda a noob at this.. i used photoshop to take out the gun from the rifelman.blp and saved it as .tga then converted it to .blp using war3 extrac. 2 then imported into the map, changed the custum file path to just riflelman2.blp then slected the unit in the editior, and placed it on the map, tested it and he still had the gun... could you possably explain how to do it it "noob" terms? and how do you get to the ingame texture's? like the bm texture and etc..? |

I'm not sure but you might have to give it the same path as written in the mdl file, which is the standard path in the mpq file. |
