Undead Dragon

I'm working on a second skin for my Lindormr Dragon model, an undead version.
I am in need of feedback, cause this is the second time I made an attempt at this, the first one failed miserably.
Right now I only mostly finished the skull and cheek remains, but I will of course add loads of layers of thingies and stuff all over the place for extra gore.

Update:
I worked a lot on the body, and I also now added rotting skin, but it still has zero shading, just holes to get a general idea what it's gonna look like.

Update:
Started on the legs, and added lotsa scales and shading on the skin. Haven't started on the tail yet.

Another Update:
Did scales on the legs, and in the new preview you can also see the ribcage better, and I started on the muscles of the tail now

Update 6th of May:
Nearly done now, I finished most parts and added more contrast and colour variation, now all that's left is some tweaking here and there.

If you clikc the link then you should have noticed that the mech, UV and first skin are all finished, but it needs anims.
Since this is just a skin I don't have to wait until the anims are finished just to start making this skin.

WILL THE ALMIGHTY	I don,t know if I want to see gore in it... just a skeletal dragon sounds cool and that head is bloody awesome.

It's gonna be gory and fleshy, not skeletal, that's not possible with just a skin.

olofmoleman	It's not supposed to have horns, so I won't add those And the head is still far from finished, I'll add lots more stuff on it, but I'm working on the body now.

st33m	What are you going to do for the wings? Alpha out (or whatever you skinners do to remove parts) anything that isnt bone?

Like I said, this is not a skeletal dragon, it's a half rotten one, so there will be skin and flesh on the wings.
